穴位针刺预处理脑组织提取液对小鼠缺氧存活时间的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨穴位针刺预处理脑组织提取液的抗缺氧损伤作用,为针刺效应物质的探讨提供初步的实验依据。方法:大鼠肾俞、百会穴针刺后不同时间段断脑提取脑组织液,行小鼠腹腔注射,广口瓶密闭缺氧,记录小鼠缺氧存活时间。结果:生理盐水腹腔注射对小鼠标准缺氧存活时间没有影响(P>0.05);大鼠正常脑组织提取液使小鼠标准缺氧存活时间缩短(P<0.05);穴位针刺预处理后不同时间段脑组织提取液均可使小鼠标准缺氧存活时间明显延长(P<0.05),且呈现明显的时间变化规律,穴位针刺预处理后0.5小时脑组织提取液效果最好,使小鼠标准缺氧存活时间延长至(49.2961±4.9740)分钟(是空白组的2.3倍)。结论:穴位针刺预处理脑组织提取液可提高机体的缺氧耐受能力,具有抗缺氧损伤作用。

Abstract:To observe the resist-injury effect of acupoints acupuncture preconditioning ( AAP) brain tissue extract in mice. Methods: 210 KM mices randomly divided into blank control group ( A group, n = 30), NaCl control group(B group, n = 30) , normal brain tissue extract control group (C group, n = 30), AAP immediately brain tissue extract group (D group, n = 30), AAP interval 0.5hr brain tissue extract group (E group, n = 30), AAP interval 1 hr brain tissue extract group (F group, n = 30), AAP interval 2hr brain tissue extract group (G group, n = 30). Tissue extract abdominal cavity inject and exposure to hypoxia with a obturation cubage bottle. Record the hy-poxia tolerance time of mices. Results: The hypoxia tolerance time in AAP interval 0,5hr brain tissue extract group were significantly longer than other group(P< 0.05) Conclusion: The results of the present study can lead to a conclusion of AAP brain tissue extract can resist the injury induced by exposure to hypoxia.
