| 摘 要： | 采用紫外分光光度法测定胃幽净中的盐酸小檗碱，分别对胃幽净胃内漂浮片和普通片的溶出度进行测定和比较。结果表明，胃内漂浮片溶出T50为1．18h，而普通片T50为3．16min在15min内全部溶解，胃内漂浮片具有缓释作用。

| Abstract: | The berberine hydrochloride in Weiyoujing has been determined by UV. Also the dissolution rates of Weiyoujing tablets of HBS in stomach and general tablet were determined and compared. As a result, the dissolution T50 of tablets of HBS in stomach was 1. 18h, but the T50 of general tablet is 3. 16min and it disolved completely in 15min, which indicated that the tablets of HBS in stomach showed the sustained release action |
