HPV阴性阳性宫颈癌患者临床研究

目的：探讨人乳头状瘤病毒（humna PanillmoaVirus,HPV）感染及宫颈癌发病相关的独立危险因素等.方法：选择新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院2011年5月～2013年5月收治的100例宫颈癌患者进行研究,回顾性分析所有患者的各项临床资料.结果：100例研究对象中,HPV呈阳性的患者有82例（82.0％）,HPV呈阴性患者18例（18.0％）.经单因素和多因素回归分析,可得各种影响因素之中,文化程度、性伴侣数、避孕、职业是危险因素.结论：临床对宫颈癌进行诊断和治疗以及预后判断的时候,可以积极的对患者的进行高危HPV检测.但对HPV阴性患者也需要警惕.

Clinical Study on Patients with Negative Positive HPV Cervical Cancer

Objective： To explore the risk factors independently associated with f human papilloma virus （HUMNA PanillmoaVirus, HPV） infection and cervical cancer.Method：100 case of patients with cervical？cancer in the Affiliated Tumor Hospita of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected .A A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of all the patients.Results：There were 82 （82.0%）patients HPV positive ,and HPV was negative in 12 （12.0%） cases patients among 100subjects. Through the single factor and multi factor regression analysis, the risk factors were included educational level, number of sexual partners, contraception, occupation among all kinds of influence factors.Conclusion：Clinical on cervical cancer diagnosis and treatment as well as prognosis, can be positive for high-risk HPV detection.
