| 摘 要： | 目的：研究胃癌组织及相应癌旁组织中的端粒酶活性，探讨其作为胃癌肿瘤标记物的可能性。方法：采用ＰＣＲ－ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测３６例胃癌组织及３６例相应癌旁组织中端粒酶活性的表达。结果：３６例胃癌组织中，３０例端粒酶呈阳性，阳性率为８３．３％，而３６例癌旁组织中只有１例阳性。结论：端粒酶是特异性较强的恶性肿瘤基因标志，有可能成为胃癌早期诊断的理想标志物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the telomerase activity in human gastric carcinorma and tumor-adjacent tissue,and the possibility of telomerase as biological marker of the carcinoma.Methods:The telomerase activity were examined in 72 human gastric specimens,including 36 carcinoma and 36 tumor-adjacent tissues by PCR-ELISA.Results:Of 36 gastric carcinoma specimens,30(83 3%)were positive but only 1 case(2 8%)was positive in 36 tumor-adjacent tissues for telomerase activity.Conclusion:Result suggests that telomerase is useful gene marker of gastric carcinoma and play an important role in early diagnosis of gastric carcinoma. |
