甘肃省农村居民院前急救知识现状及需求调查分析

目的了解甘肃省农村居民院前急救现状及需求,为发展农村急救医疗体系提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法对甘肃省1873名18～60岁农村常住居民进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行汇总分析。结果农村居民院前急救知识极为缺乏;农村居民对院前急救知识和急救医疗服务需求迫切;98.88%的调查对象对院前急救医疗现状不满意;当家中出现危急病人时,拨打急救电话者为36.04%,就近找村医者为20.98%,直接送医院者为42.98%。结论农村院前急救现状不容乐观,对院前急救知识和急救医疗服务有较高需求,因此,需向农村居民普及院前急救知识;开展医学科普,改变思想观念并不断提高基层医疗卫生人员的急救技能;进一步加强和完善基层急救站的建设。

Investigation Analysis on Current Status and Demand of Pre-hospital Care in Gansu Countryside

OBJECTIVE Understanding the current status and demand of pre-hospital care in Gansu countryside to provide a reference for developing the emergency medical treatment system in the countryside. METHODS Carrying out a questionnaire investigation among 18＂73 permanent residents between 18 to 60 years old in Gansu countryside by a questionnaire investigation method, and summarizing and analyzing the investigation results. RESULTS The residents in the countryside lack the knowledge in pre-hospital care, rural residents are completely eager for understanding the knowledge and the emergency medical service of the pre-hospital care, 98.88% are dissatisfactory to the current status of the pre-hospital care, if their family patients have serious illness, 36.04% will dial the first- aid telephone, 20.98% will find a medical-care nearby, and 42.98% will send the patients to the hospital directly. CONCLUSION The current status of the pre-hospital care in the countryside is not optimistic, and the residents in the countryside have higher demands for the knowledge and the emergency medical service of the pre-hospital care. Thus, we must make the knowledge of the pre- hospital care widespread among the residents in the countryside;carrying out medical science education and changing their ideas; improve the emergency medical skills of health-care staff in grass-roots unitincessantly;and strengthen and perfect the construction of first-aid stations in the grass-roots unit further.
