甘肃省转出肺结核病患者相关情况分析

目的了解甘肃省2007年肺结核病患者转出去向、转出原因和完成疗程等相关情况,从而为进一步对该人群治疗管理现况进行较为深入的研究提供重要的信息参考。方法采用普查的方法。各县(区)结防机构调查员通过查阅结核病人登记本信息,统计全省2007年1月1日—12月31日期间转出的肺结核病患者,并如实填写"甘肃省肺结核病患者转出情况调查表"。结果转出患者中有131例前往外省,占42.95%;患者转出原因以外出务工为首位,占47.54%;转出患者完成疗程的有244例,占80.00%。其中,继续在原登记地取药的有228例,占93.44%。结论无论转出肺结核病患者流出去向、外出原因以及在异地的取药方式如何,患者能够坚持服药,按时完成规定的疗程,从而达到治愈的目的是我们最为关注的。在实际工作中,我们应积极探索灵活且适宜该人群的治疗管理模式,确保患者在异地能够坚持完成疗程。

Analysis on the situation of TB Patients who had Transferred out in Gansu Province

OBJECTIVE To know the outing orientation, cause for being out and the treatment situation of TB patients who had transferred out in Gansu Province in 2007 and provide a scientific information reference for further study on treatment and management. METHODS Use census methods. According to the information of TB Case Register, county inquirer filled the table of TB patients who had transferred out in Gansu Province and computed the patients during January to December in 2007. RESUTS 131 patients transferred out to other provinces, accounting for 42.95%. Being out for work was the first reason for transferring out, accounting for 47.54% . The patients who had completed the treatment were 244, accounting for 80%. Among them, there were 228 patients continuing to get the medicine in the original registered, accounting for 93.44%. CONCLUSION Regardless of the direction of the tuberculosis patients going, reasons for outing and the manner of drug taking in different places, our focus is that the patients can be adhere to drug taking and complete the treatment, so as to achieve the purpose of cure. In practice, we should explore flexible and appropriate treatment and management model to ensure that patients who had transferred out can stick to complete the treatment in different places.
