江西省6个县、区肺结核病患者社会经济情况调查分析

目的了解江西省肺结核病’患者的社会经济等方面的状况，为卫生行政部门今后制定结核病防治策略、争取经费支持和改进防治措施提供科学依据。方法对2010年全国结核病流行病学抽样调查中江西省发现的41例肺结核病患者进行社会经济状况问卷调查。结果97．56％患者有医疗保障；大部分城镇患者2009年家庭年人均纯收入均低于江西省同期城镇家庭年人均纯收入：96．97％的农村患者2009年家庭年人均纯收入低于我省同期农村居民家庭年人均收入；41．36％的患者接受过肺结核病防治知识宣传。结论进一步降低结核病患者的医疗负担仍是结核病防治工作的重点之一，应加大结核病健康教育力度。

The Survey Analysis of Socioeconomic Condition of TB Patient in Six Counties of Jiangxi Province

OBJECTIVE To reveal the socioeconomic status of tuberculosis and provide the data for impoving tuberculosis control police to jiangxi iprovince. METHODS 41cases tuberculosis were researched with social economic questionnaire in epidemic survey by random sampling. RESULTS 97.56% of patients have health insurance; Annual per-capita net income of patients were lower than the same period of Jiangxi annual per capita net income of urban households in 2009. 96.97% rural patients were lower than the same period of Jiangxi annual per capita net income of rural households in 2009.41.36% of patients received tuberculosis propaganda. CONCLUSION To reduce the medical burden of TB patient is still one of the focus in prevention and treatment of TB. The health education on tuberculosis would be popularized spreaded to the community.
