民营乡镇卫生院卫生服务质量评价研究

目的对民营乡镇卫生院的卫生服务质量进行综合评价,为提高民营乡镇卫生院服务质量以及与公立卫生院相比较提供科学依据。方法采用秩和比法(RSR)进行综合评价。结果沂涛、茆圩、新河、耿圩、塘沟、刘集和扎下7家医院最好,高墟、西圩、七雄、庙头、龙庙、钱集和青伊湖农场7家医院最差。结论民营乡镇卫生院卫生服务质量总体水平较高,但综合管理水平有待提高;沭阳县民营乡镇卫生院分档均衡,需重点关注档次较低的民营乡镇卫生院以缩小差距。

Research on Evaluating Quality of Health Service of Private Township Hospitals

OBJECTIVE To evaluate quality of health service of private township hospitals and to provide some evidence of improving the service or comparing with public health center. METHODS RSR was used to evaluate the quality. RESULTS Seven hospitals named Yitao, Maowei, Xinhe, Gengwei, Tanggou, Liuji, Zhaxia are in the best grade; Seven hospitals named Gaoxu, Xiwei, Qixiong, Miaotou, Longmiao, Qianji, Qingyihu are in the worst grade. CONCLUSION The quality of health service is high, but the integrated management needs to be improved; The private township hospitals in Shuyang are balanced sub-fie and the hospitals in the poor grade should be given more attention to reduce the gap with other hospitals.
