| 摘 要： | 为给临床提供选择性支气管动脉插管的应用解剖资料,在33具成尸上,对支气管动脉的支数、起始、位置、外径和角度进行了观测。讨论了避免脊髓损伤的应用要点。

| Abstract: | This study was designed to provide the applied anatomical data for selectivecatheterization of bronchial artery.On 33 adult cadavers,the number,origin,po-sition,diameter and angle of bronchial artery were observed.Based on the obse-rvations,the authors suggest that the entry of the left bronchial artery be locatedclockwise on the thoracic aorta at the level of T_(4-6) and that of the right bronchialartery in reverse. |
