| 摘 要： | 目的探讨用血清胱抑素C（cystatinC，CysC）对临床急、慢性肾功能损害患者进行肾功能初步分期的可行性。方法检测132例肾病患者血肌酐（Cre），收集患者24h尿计算GFR；检测血清CysC并观察其与GFR的相关性，计算肾功能各期CysC的95％的可信区间。结果（DCysC与GFR呈中度负相关，回归方程为GFR=135．664×0．618cys c。②cysC各期的可信区间分别为1．107～1．410、1．363～1．612、1．716～2．119和3．311-3．868。③cysC水平在各期之间比较差异有统计学意义。结论CysC可用以对肾功能进行初步分期。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the usefulness of cystatin C （ Cys C） in the staging in patients with renal function damage. Methods 132 in-patients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College were enrolled in our study. In all subjects, serum ceatinine （Cre） were measured. The GFR were calculated as well as Cre clearance. The correlation between Cys C and GFR and the 95% CI of Cys C in different phases were calculated. Results （1）Moderate negative correlation could be observed between Cys C and GFR, the regression formula was GFR = 135.664×0.618cys c. （2）The CI were 1. 107 - 1. 410, 1. 363 ~ 1. 612, 1. 716 -2. 119 and 3.311 -3. 868 of the normal. （3）Gys C level were different between the different phases. Conclusion Cys C can be used as a primary indicator for staging in renal damaged patients. |
