摘    要:本文从基于培养能力型人才出发,重视学生学习的主体地位,探索实践以问题为基础的'自我教学—互评'的卫生管理学课程教学改革模式,从而引导医药卫生管理类学生积极思考和自主学习、培养其团队精神和批判性思维,并辅以课程考核方式改革,兼顾基本知识掌握与能力素质的提高。

Abstract:This paper starts with training ability-based talents as an aim,focuses on students’ study intuitive awareness and explores the problem-based "Self-instruction and Peer-review" reform of teach model used in the health management course,so as to help students who major in health management think positively,to improve their self-study ability,to cultivate students’ culture teamwork and critical thinking ability,meanwhile supplemented by reform of course evaluation methods to help student master basic knowledge and improve capability.
