摘    要:目的:观察肝病发生过程中SE-S(sinusoidalendothelium-speCific)JLk的表达及其与血管表型的关系,以及细胞外基质的作用。方法:利用化学外均利诱导的实验。降大鼠肝右组织进行组织学及免疾组织化学研究。结果:癌性肝窦不表达SE-S抗原;而表达第八因子相关抗原(FⅧRAg);细胞外基质过度表达且分有异常;基底膜沿着癌性肝窦形成。结论:肝癌形成过程中,发生了与细胞外基质沉积相徉的窦的毛细血管化,导致SE-S抗原的表达丧失。

Abstract:Objective:In order to observe correlation between SE-E antigen (specific marker of rat hepaticsinusoidal endothelial cells) and vascular phenotype as well as role of extracellular matrix (ECM) during hepatocarcinogenesis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry technique was performed using rat hepatocellular carcinoma tissue induced by chemical carcinogen. Results:Cancerous sinusoids were shown to be negative for SE--S antigen,but positive for Factor.-related antigen (F. RAg). FUrthermore,there were overexpression and abnormal distribution of ECM,and basement membranes were present along cancerous sinusoids. Conclusion:Sinusoidal capillarization associated with dePOSition of ECM results in SE-S antigen loss during hepatocarcinogenesis.
