妊高征患者胎盘床蜕膜T淋巴细胞亚群的表达与临床意义

目的:观察妊娠高血压综合征患者胎盘床蜕膜T淋巴细胞亚群的表达情况,探讨妊高征的免疫发病机理。方法:收集正常妊娠病例30例,妊高征共60例,其中轻度28例,中度17例,重度15例,用免疫组化方法对妊高征和正常妊娠的胎盘床蜕膜段浸润的淋巴细胞进行CD3、CD4、CD8的标记。结果:CD3在妊高征胎盘床蜕膜段浸润的淋巴细胞的表达明显高于正常妊娠(P<0.05);CD8在妊高征胎盘床蜕膜浸润的淋巴细胞的表达明显低于正常妊娠(P<0.05)。结论:妊高征的发生与T淋巴细胞亚群的变化有着密切的关系,胎-母间免疫失衡是妊高征发病的生要因素。

The expression of T-lymphocyte subpopulations of decidual-placental bed in pregnancy with pre-eclampsia and clinical significance

Objective:To observe the expression of T-lymphocyte subpopulations of decidual-placental bed in pregnancy with pre-eclampsia to explore the pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia.Methods:30 cases of normal pregnancy were investigated in control group,60 cases of pre-eclampsia were investigated in study group, including 28 cases of mild pre-eclampsia, 17 cases of moderate pre-eclampsia, 15 cases of severe pre-eclampsia, immunohistochemical technique was used to mark the CD3,CD4,CD8 in lymphocyte infiltrating desidual-placental bed in normal pregnancy and pre-eclampsia.Results:There were no significant difference of expression of CD3 in lymphocyte infiltrating decidual-placental bed between normal pregnancy and pre-eclampsia (P>0.05).The expression of CD4 in lymphocyte infiltrating decidual-placental bed of pre-eclampsia was higher than that in normal pregnancy (P<0.05). The expression of CD8 in lymphocyte infiltrating decidual-placental bed of pre-eclampsia was lower than that in normal pregnancy (P<0.05).Conclusion:The advance of pre-eclampsia is associated with the alteration of the T-lymphocyte subpopulation. The immune imbalance between fetal and mater play an important role in pre-eclampsia.
