骨水泥掺入常用化疗药的释放及活性

摘    要:目的 明确常用化疗药丝裂霉素、长春新碱和5-F尿嘧啶掺入骨水泥后的释放及活性。方法 采用洗提法和MTT法测量药物的释放及活性。结果 三种药物均可从骨水泥中释放并具有杀伤肿瘤细胞效应。结论 骨水泥携带抗癌药具有抗肿瘤效应。

Abstract:Objective To determine the release of mitomycin C, vincristine sulfate and 5-flauouracil mixed with bone cement and the anti-cancer activity of the released drugs. Methods The release of drugs was studied by elution test. The anti-cancer activity of drugs was assessed by MTT method. Results The release of those drugs can be detected within 10-14 days and their anti-cancer activity lasted about 12 or 24 hours on MTT method. The more volume of those drugs mixed with bone cement is, the more the release and anti-cancer activity is. Conclusion Those drugs released from bone cement have the effect of anti-cancer.
