| 摘 要： | 上皮-间质转化(EMT)在胚胎发育中是一个高度保守的细胞程序,它与肿瘤的浸润转移密切相关.参与这一过程的细胞内信号转导途经主要有转化生长因子(TGF)-β途径、Rho家族激酶、Hedgehog通路、Wnt通路、Notch通路、转录因子等.

| Abstract: | Eipthelial-mesenchymal transformation in embryonic development is a highly conservative procedure,It is highly correlated with tumor invasion and metastasis.Several signaling pathways are involved in the cell phenotype transition,such as TGF-β pathway,Rho kinase family,Hedgehog pathway,Wnt pathway,Notch pathway and transcription factors. |
