台山市厂矿企业(职工)人群HBV感染状况

目的 探讨台山市19间厂矿企业（职工）人群HBV感染状况,为防制工作提供相应对策.方法 对19间企业（职工）健康体检抽取2ml静脉血,分离血清,采用ELISA法进行HBV的标志物检测.结果 11062名职工HBsAg平均阳性率10.63%,男性高于女性,年龄组间无差别.抗HBs阳性率29.28%,女性高于男性,15岁和50岁年龄组高于20、30、40岁组.HBeAg平均阳性率33.37%,性别、年龄组间无差异.7种HBV标志物显示模式俗称“小三阳”和“大三阳”为主.结论 HBV感染程度与我国流行现状基本接近.厂矿企业（职工）人群以青壮年为主要劳动力,实施乙肝疫苗接种,防止HBV的感染与传播,对保护劳动力有重要意义.

HBV Infection Among the Factory Workers in Taishan City

Objective To Survey the HBV infection among the workers in 19 factories in Taishan city and suggest some control measures. Method Serum samples were collected from the factory workers for the detection of HBV markers by ELISA. Results 11062 samples were studied, with an HBsAg(+) rate of 10.63%. The seropositive rate in male was higher than that in female, but showed no difference in different age groups. The Anti-HBs(+) rate was 29.28% and was higher in female that in male. The rates of infection in the age groups of 15 and 50 years old were higher than those of age groups of 20, 30 and 40 years old. The HBeAg(+) rate was 33.37% and was similar in different sex and age groups. Seven HBV markers were detected including HBsAg, HBeAg, Anti-HBc, HBsAg, Anti-HBe, and Anti-HBc. Conclusions The prevalence of HBV infection in Taishan city was high and similar to the epidemic situation in our country. The vaccination program against HBV should be implemented to protect our labor force.
