芬太尼、舒芬太尼复合异丙酚诱导喉罩插入条件的影响

目的在短小手术中，比较舒芬太尼复合并丙酚或芬太尼复合异丙酚诱导时，对喉罩（LMA）插管条件的影响。方法60例行短小手术病人，随机分为舒芬太尼-异丙酚全凭静脉麻醉组（S组）和芬太尼-异丙酚TIVA组（F组），静注舒芬太尼0．7μg/kg（S组）或芬太尼5μg／kg（F组），异丙酚2mg／kg诱导，插入LMA。评定置入LMA条件的指征包括：张口度、恶心、呛咳、体动和总体条件。结果S组有3例出现恶心、呛咳、体动，F组9例出现恶心、呛咳、体动，两组相比，差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论与5μg／k芬太尼相比，0．7μg／kg舒芬太尼复合异丙酚诱导，能提供较好的LMA插入条件。

Clinical Observation of Laryngeal Mask Ventilation with Sulfentanyl Combined Propofol

Objective To compare the inserting condition of LMA in minor surgery with Sulfentanyl combined propofol or fentanyl combined propofol. Methods Sixty patients undergoing elective minor surgeries were randomly divided into 2 groups ： Sulfentanyl combined propofol total intravenous anesthesia group （ group S ） and fentanyl combined propofol group （ group F ）. Sulfentanyl 0.7 μg/kg iv. （ group S ） or fentanyl 5 μg/kg iv. （ group F ）, combined propofol 2mg/kg respectively,inserted LMA. Results There were 3 occur nausea bucking and restlessness in group S, group F had 9, there were sign different between group S and F （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Induction with 0.7 μg/ kg Sulfentanyl combined propofol, could provide the better inserting condition of LMA.
