焦点解决短期取向团体疗法治疗精神分裂症康复期患者的效果及对患者自我效能感的影响

目的分析焦点解决短期取向团体疗法治疗精神分裂症康复期患者的效果及对患者自我效能感的影响。方法采用随机数字法将2017年12月至2018年12月我院接收并诊治的122例精神分裂症康复期患者作为研究对象,按照信封法将其分为普通组和试验组,各61例。普通组患者给予常规团体心理辅导,试验组患者给予焦点解决短期取向团体疗法。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗5周后的精神病症状、生活质量、社会功能及一般自我效能感。结果治疗5周后,两组的BPRS、SQLS、SFRS评分均降低,且试验组显著低于普通组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗5周后,两组的GSES评分均升高,且试验组显著高于普通组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论焦点解决短期取向团体疗法用于精神分裂症康复期患者的治疗中能够明显提高患者的临床疗效和自我效能感,可推广和应用。

Effect of solution focused short-term orientation group therapy in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation stage and its influence on self-efficacy sense of patients

Objective To analyze the effect of solution focused short-term orientation group therapy in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation stage and its influence on self-efficacy sense of patients.Methods By random number method,122 patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation stage received and treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into normal group and experimental group according to the envelope method,with 61 cases in each group.The normal group were given routine group psychological counseling,and the experimental group were given solution focused short-term orientation group therapy.The psychiatric symptoms,quality of life,social functioning and general self-efficacy sense before and after 5 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 5 weeks of treatment,the scores of BPRS,SQLS and SFRS in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were significantly lower than the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 5 weeks of treatment,the score of GSES in both groups increased,and that in the experimental group was significantly higher than the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The solution focused short-term orientation group therapy in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation stage can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and self-efficacy sense of patients,which can be popularized and applied.
