专病一体化护理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果

目的探讨专病一体化护理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年12月至2017年12月我院收治的84例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将其分为对照组(42例,常规护理干预)与观察组(42例,常规护理+专病一体化护理干预)。比较两组患者护理后的血糖控制情况、疾病知识掌握程度、自护能力和生活质量。结果出院后1年,两组患者FBG、2 h PBG及HbA1c水平均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的合理饮食、合理运动、正确用药、并发症管理及血糖自我检测评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院后1年,两组患者的自护能力评分和DMQLS评分均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专病一体化护理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著,可以降低患者的血糖水平,提高患者的疾病知识掌握度及自护能力,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Application effect of disease-specific integration nursing in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus

Objective To explore the application effect of disease-specific integration nursing in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus.Methods Eighty-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(42 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(42 cases,routine nursing+disease-specific integration nursing intervention).The blood glucose control,disease knowledge mastery,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results At one year after discharge,the levels of FBG,2 h PBG and HbA1c in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of reasonable diet,reasonable exercise,correct medication,complication management and blood glucose self-test in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at one year after discharge,the scores of self-care ability and DMQLS in the two groups significantly increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of disease-specific integration nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has a significant effect.It can reduce the blood sugar level of patients,improve the mastery of disease knowledge and self-care ability of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth of chinical promotion.
