中频脉冲电刺激联合针灸治疗脑卒中后神经源性膀胱尿潴留的效果

目的探讨中频脉冲电刺激联合针灸治疗脑卒中后神经源性膀胱尿潴留的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月我科收治的脑卒中后神经源性膀胱尿潴留患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。对照组给予常规导尿及膀胱功能训练,试验组在对照组基础上应用中频脉冲电刺激配合针灸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的膀胱最大容量及残余尿量均优于治疗前,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中频脉冲电刺激联合针灸治疗脑卒中后神经源性膀胱尿潴留能够明显改患者的膀胱功能,提高治疗效果,具有重要的临床意义。

Effect of intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with acupuncture on neurogenic bladder urinary retention after stroke

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of neurogenic bladder urinary retention after stroke.Methods A total of 84 patients with neurogenic bladder urinary retention after stroke admitted in our department from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=42)and control group(n=42)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine catheterization and bladder function training,and the experimental group was treated with intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the maximum bladder volume and residual urine volume of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of neurogenic bladder urinary retention after stroke can obviously improve the bladder function and the therapeutic effect of patients,which has important clinical significance.
