| Abstract: | We report a rare case of disseminated histoplasmosis in a immunocompetent young adult person involving bone marrow, liver, spleen and oral cavity. He presented with oral ulcers, weight loss and pancytopenia. His bone marrow aspiration examination revealed Histoplasma capsulatum. |
