| 摘 要： | 目的 总结腺性膀胱炎的发病特点 ,提高腺性膀胱炎诊治水平。方法 对 5 2例腺性膀胱炎患者行经尿道电切汽化术及膀胱药物灌注治疗并加以总结。结果 5 2例均获随诊 4～ 2 4个月 ,平均 16月 ,其中治愈 42例 ,6月后复发 4例 ,1例在术后 18个月恶变为膀胱腺癌。结论 经尿道电切汽化是治疗腺性膀胱炎的首选方法 ,膀胱药物灌注化疗对预复发及消除症状有效

| Abstract: | PurposeTopresenttheclinicalfeaturesofcyctitisglandulariesandsumuptheexperienceonitsdiagnosis andtreatment.Methods 5 2Casesofcystitisglandularisweretreatedwithtransurethralresectionorelectrovaporizationand bladderinstillationofdrug .ResultsAll5 2caseshavebeenfollowedup 4casesrecurredofter 6months ,1casedeveloped bladderadenocaranoma 1 8monthsaftertreatment.ConclusionTransurethralresectionorelectrovaporizationisthemostef fectivewaytotreatcystitisglandularis ,andbladderinstillationofdrugismoreeffetivetopreventfromrecurrenceande liminatethesymptomthanothermeans . |
