讨论式案例教学法在实习护生评判性思维能力培养中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨讨论式案例教学法在培养实习护生评判性思维能力中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选择2010年7月至2012年4月在天台县人民医院实习的106名护理大专生为研究对象,按照时间先后分为研究组和对照组各53名。对照组采用传统的以教师为中心的授课模式,研究组采用讨论式案例教学法,时间均为40周,比较两组护生实习前和实习结束时的评判性思维能力。结果两组护生评判性思维能力总分在实习期间均呈现增强的趋势(F实习前后=255.00,P0.01),但两组护生增强的程度不一,研究组增强的程度大于对照组(F组别=52.13,P0.01),且时间与组别间存在交互作用(F时间×组别=48.20,P0.01)。研究组92.4%的护生认为讨论式案例教学法提高了学习兴趣与主动性,98.1%的护生赞赏这种教学方式。结论讨论式案例教学法能有效提高实习护生的评判性思维能力,并受到护生的认可和欢迎。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of clinical case discussion teaching pattern on cultivating the critical thinking ability of nursing students.Methods By convenience sampling,totally 106 nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group(n=53) and control group(n=53).Nursing students in control group had traditional teaching pattern classes while nursing students in experimental group had clinical case discussion teaching pattern classes.The training had lasted for 40 weeks.All the students filled the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV) before and after training.Results Scores of critical thinking ability in both groups were higher before training(Fbefore&after training=255.00,P〈0.01),and the ability in experimental group were significantly improved than which in control group(Fgroup=52.13,P〈0.01),and there were interaction between time and group(Ftime×group=48.20,P〈0.01).92.4% nursing students in experimental group claimed that the case discussion teaching pattern raised their learning interest and inspired their motivation to study and 98.1% students were satisfied with this teaching pattern.Conclusion Clinical case discussion teaching pattern can improve critical thinking ability of nursing students and it is an ideal training method for them.
