静息心率增加与老年高血压患者心律失常的相关性分析

目的探讨老年高血压患者静息心率（resting heart rate，RHR）与室性心律失常的关系。方法将146例老年高血压患者，按RHR水平分为2组：RHR1组，RHR〈85次／min；RHR2组，RHR≥85次／min。根据24h动态心电图监测结果，对比分析2组患者的室性心律失常总数与形态。结果RHR2组的室性心律失常总数高于RHR1组（P〈0．05），其中成对室早、短阵室速及RonT性室性心律失常数量也明显高于RHR1组（P〈0．05）。结论RHR增加可能参与了高血压患者室性心律失常的发病过程。

Analysis of the relationship between increased resting heart rate and ventricular arrhythmia in elderly hypertensive patients

Objective To investigate the relationship between resting heart rate （RHR） and ventricular arrhythmia in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 146 elderly essential hypertensive patients were divided into two groups according to the levels of RHR：RHR 1 group：RHR 〈85 beats/minute （bpm） ; RHR 2 group：RHR≥85 bpm. Sum and form of ventricular arrhythmia in 2 groups were analyzed by 24h dynamic electrocardiogram detection . Results Sum of ventricular arrhythmia in RHR 2 group was more than that in RHR 1 group（P 〈0. 05） ,as well as twin ventricular premature contractions, non-sustained ventricular tachycardia, and sum of ventricular arhythmia（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions RHR may play a role in both the initiation and development of carotid atherosclerosis in essential hypertension.
