齐拉西酮治疗儿童首发精神分裂症52例

目的探讨齐拉西酮治疗儿童首发精神分裂症的临床疗效与安全性。方法对52例儿童精神分裂症首发患者应用齐拉西酮治疗8周，采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定临床疗效，采用症状量袁（TESS）及锥体外系副反应量表（RSESE）评定不良反应。结果治疗8周后，齐拉西酮总有效率达88．46％，治疗后PANSS总分显著下降；不良反应轻微，主要为静坐不能、焦虑兴奋、头痛、失眠，对体重和泌乳素水平的影响不明显。结论齐拉西酮治疗儿童首发精神分裂症，疗效显著，安全性好，临床可推广使用。

Ziprasidone Treatment of Childhood First-Episode Schizophrenia in 52 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ziprasidone in the treatment of childhood first- episode schizophrenia. Methods 52 cases of childhood schizophrenia were given ziprasidone treatment for 8 weeks. The positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） was use to evaluate the treatment effect. The treatment emergent symptoms scale （TESS） and the rating scale for extrapyramidal side effects （RSESE） were adopted to evaluated the adverse reactions during treatment. Results After 8-week treatment, ziprasidone had the total efficiency rate of 88.5%, the total PANSS score decreased significantly. The adverse reactions were mild, akathisia, anxiety, excitement, headache and insomnia were common, and the influence to prolactin and body weight was unobvious. Conclusion Ziprasidone has remarkable curative effect in treating childhood first- episode schizophrenia with good security and light adverse reactions. It is worth using widely in clinic.
