动力髋螺钉治疗股骨转子间骨折疗效观察

目的：探讨动力髋螺钉（dynamic hip screw，DHS）在股骨转子间骨折中的疗效。方法：对应用DHS治疗的170例股骨转子间骨折的总体疗效进行观察记录。结果：本组170例手术时间平均110min，术中平均输血250ml，平均住院时间3．5周。术后随访优138例，良26例，优良率96．5％，平均临床愈合时间11周，平均取内固定时间12个月．且无一例出现髋内翻、下肢外旋和短缩现象，无螺钉穿出股骨头、退出及钢板断裂。疗效差6例，24个月后回访．其中5例愈合，1例失访。结论：DHS对标准转子间骨折疗效良好，对反转子间骨折疗效欠佳。

Dynamic hip screw for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture efficacy observed

Objective: To investigate the dynamic hip screw (DHS) in the intertrochanteric fracture of intertrochanteric frac-ture efficacy. Methods: DHS treatment of 170 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of the overall record of efficacy observed. Postoperative follow-up of 138 cases of excellent, good in 26 cases, the excellent rate of 96.5%, with an average 11 weeks of clinical healing time, the average fixation time from twelve months there without one cases of coxa vara, external rotation and shortening of lower limb phenomenon, no screws out of the femoral head, and plate from the fracture. 6 cases of poor efficacy, a return visit after 24 months, of which 5 cases were healed, 1 patient dropped out. Conclusion: DHS standard intertrochanteric fractures of the good effect of the reversal effect of intertrochanteric fracture of the sub-inversion.
