单纯性肥胖儿童血压,EDLF,血脂的改变及相关因素问卷调查

目的 探讨单纯性肥胖儿童血压变化及影响因素。 方法 检测４０例肥胖儿及４０例正常儿血压、内源性洋地黄样因子（ＥＤＬＦ）及血脂并调查相关因素。 结果 肥胖儿血压显著升高，肥胖合并高血压的发生率为１２．５％。ＥＤＬＦ在重度肥胖儿及血压偏高儿均显著高于对照组儿童（Ｐ〈０．０５）。肥胖儿甘油三酯升高，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低。肥胖儿ＢＭＩ与母亲ＢＭＩ正相关。肥胖儿６０％喜油炸食品，６０％有被动吸烟。 结论

The Changes of Blood Pressure,EDLF, Serum Lipid and Related Factor Investigation with Questionnaire in Children with Simple Obesity.

Objective To investigate the changes of blood pressure and influential factors in children with simple obesity. Methods Blood pressure, concentration of endogenous digitalis like factor (EDLF),serum lipid and related factors were investigated in 40 obese children and 40 normal controls. Results Blood pressure is significantly higher in obese children,the incidence of hypertension in children with obesity was 12.5%. The concentration of EDLF in children with severe obesity and children with higher blood pressure were significantly higher than that in controls, respectively( P <0.05).The concentration of triglyceride increases and of high density lipoprotein cholesterol decreases in obese children.The body mass index(BMI)of obese children was positively related to maternal BMI. 60% of obese children liked fried food and 60% of children with obesity had passive smoking. Conclusion The children with simple obesity existed tendency of hypertension and hyperlipemia .EDLF may involve in the increasing course of blood pressure in obese children. The parental life style hade important influencs on obesity in children.
