| 摘 要： | 目的 :检测食管癌基因mdr1mRNA表达 ,探讨其与食管癌临床病理间的关系。方法 :应用逆转录多聚酶链反应 (RT -PCR)对 5 1例术前未作治疗的食管癌 ,2 0例正常食管组织的mdr1mRNA进行检测并于食管癌患者的病理类型、部位、浸润转移作对比研究。结果 :5 1例食管癌癌组织中mdr1mRNA阳性表达率为 6 2 .7% (32 /5 1) ,正常食管组织表达率为 10 .0 % (2 /2 0 ) ,二者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。mdr1mRNA食管癌的分化程度、发生部位、病理类型、浸润转移无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :食管癌组织中mdr1mRNA的存在着高表达 ,可作为食管癌化疗耐药的指标

| Abstract: | Objective: To detect the levels of mdr 1 gene expression in fresh untreated esophagus carcinoma and investigate the correlation of mdr 1th current clinicopatholopy. Methods: mdr 1 mRNA expression of 51 cases untreated esophagus carcinoma and 20 cases normal esophagus tissues were examined using RT-PCR.Results: mdr 1 mRNA expression in tumor was found in 62.7%(32/51) of the patents, in normal esophagus tissues ,10.0% (2/20)patients was seen (P< 0.05). No corrlation with differentiation, invasiveness, metastasis, clinical type, pathological type.(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Higher expression of mdr 1 mRNA in esophagus carcinoma tissues might be served as an indicator for drug resistance in chemotherapy. |
