中药麦冬脂溶性化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的 研究中药麦冬(Ophiopogonjaponicus)块根的脂溶性成分,为全面反映麦冬的化学成分提供依据。方法 利用硅胶和SephadexLH-20等柱色谱进行分离,用化合物的波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 从麦冬块根的醋酸乙酯部位分得16个脂溶性成分,其中包括7个高异黄酮类成分即甲基麦冬黄烷酮A(Ⅰ),甲基麦冬黄烷酮B(Ⅱ),甲基麦冬黄酮A(Ⅲ) ,甲基麦冬黄酮B(Ⅳ),2′-羟基甲基麦冬黄酮A(Ⅴ),6-醛基异麦冬黄烷酮A(Ⅵ),5,7-dihydroxy-8-methoxy-6-methyl-3-(2′-hydroxy-4′-methoxybenzyl)chroman-4-one(Ⅶ) ;2个蒽醌类成分即大黄酚(Ⅷ)和大黄素(Ⅸ);3个酚酸类成分即香草酸(Ⅹ),对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅺ)和对羟基反式丙烯酸(Ⅶ);2个萜类成分即龙脑葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)和齐墩果酸(XIV);2个有机酸类成分即壬二酸(XV)和正二十三烷酸(XVI)。结论 化合物IV为首次从该植物中分得,化合物Ⅷ~Ⅻ,XIV~XVI为首次从沿阶草属植物中分得。蒽醌类,三萜类以及酚酸类为首次从沿阶草属植物中分得的化合物类型。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the liposoluble components from the tuber of Ophiopogon japonicus. METHODS The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 and the structures were elucidated by spectras′analysis.RESULTS Sixteen compounds were obtained as 7 homoisoflavones,2 anthraquinones,3 phenolic acids,2 terpenes and 2 fatty acids. Their structures were identified as methylophiopogonanone A(Ⅰ), methylophiopogonanone B(Ⅱ), methylophiopogonone A(Ⅲ), methylophiopogonone B(Ⅳ),2′-hydroxy methylophiopogonone A(Ⅴ),6-aldehydo-isoophiopogo nanone A(Ⅵ),5,7-dihydroxy-8-methoxy-6-methyl-3-(2′-hydroxy-4′-methoxybenzyl)chroman-4-one(Ⅶ), chrysophenol(Ⅷ),emodin(Ⅸ),vanillic acid(Ⅹ),P-hydroxy benzaldenhyde (Ⅺ),P-trans-coumarinic acid(Ⅻ),l-borneol-β-D-glucopyranoside(XIII),oleanolia acid(XIV),azelaic acid(XV) and n tricosanoic acid(XVI).CONCLUSION The compound Ⅳ,Ⅷ~Ⅻ and XIV~XVI were isolated from O.japonicus and the genus Ophiopogon for the first time, respectively.The types of anthraquinone,phenolic acid and triterpene were firstly obtained from the genus.
