摘    要:目的应用应变率显像(SRI)技术评价风湿性二尖瓣狭窄(MS)患者左心室长轴收缩功能的变化。方法选择MS患者50例为MS组和健康志愿者50例为对照组。在心尖四腔心、心尖两腔心和左心室心尖长轴切面,应用SRI技术测量左心室各壁基底段和中间段收缩期峰值应变(Ss)和收缩期峰值应变率(SRs)。结果MS组左心室壁各节段Ss和SRs均小于对照组相应节段(P〈0.05,0.01)。结论SRI技术能够准确评价风湿性MS患者左心室长轴收缩功能的变化。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the alteration of left ventricular long-axis systolic function in patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis(MS)using strain rate imaging(SRI).Methods Totally 50 healthy volunteers and 50 patients with MS were enrolled.Systolic peak strain(Ss)and systolic peak strain rate(SRs)were measured at basal and middle segments in different left ventricular walls using SRI.Results Ss and SRs were significantly lower in MS group than in the control group(P<0.05,0.01).Conclusions In our results,SRI could evaluate left ventricular long-axis systolic function correctly in patients with MS.
