2005—2009年南宁铁路辖区职工健康检查心电图分析

目的动态掌握南宁铁路辖区职工心电图异常情况,旨在能早发现、早诊断、早治疗,预防、控制心血管疾病。方法对2005—2009年12027名职工健康检查中的心电图结果进行统计分析。结果2005—2009年心电图异常率为23.50%～26.95%;历年的心电图异常率两两比较,只有2005与2009年异常率差异有统计学意义(P0.05);各年龄组职工心电图异常率为23.42%～30.69%,且18～30岁和51～60岁年龄组心电图的异常率分别与31～40岁、41～50岁年龄组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);18～30岁的窦性心律失常检出明显高于其他年龄组(P0.01);ST段、T波改变随年龄增大而增多。结论心电图异常尤以18～30岁、51～60岁年龄组明显,且低年龄组职工的窦性心律失常多于高年龄组,ST段、T波异常检出率随年龄增大而增高。

Analysis on ECG of Nanning Railway Workers Receiving Health Examination during 2005-2009

Objective]To dynamically understand the ECG abnormalities of Nanning railway workers,so as to early discover,early diagnose,early treat,prevent and control cardiovascular diseases.Methods]ECG results of 12 027 workers receiving health examination during 2005—2009 were analyzed statistically.Results]The ECG abnormal rate was 23.50%~26.95% during 2005—2009;comparing the ECG abnormal rate of each 2 years,only that of 2005 and 2009 was significantly different（P0.05）;ECG abnormal rate in each group ranged from 23.42%~30.69%;ECG abnormal rate of 18~30 age group and 51~60 age group was significantly different with that of 31~40 age group and 41~50 age group,respectively（P0.05）.Detection rate of sinus arrhythmia of 18~30 age group was significantly higher than other age groups（P0.01）;abnormal change of ST segment and T wave increased with age.Conclusion]ECG abnormalities are more obvious in 18~30 age group and 51~60 age group,the number of sinus arrhythmia in young age groups is more than that in old age groups.The abnormal rate of ST segment and T wave increases with age.
