| 摘 要： | MAGE家族基因编码的肿瘤排斥抗原已经被人们应用于肿瘤免疫治疗，最近的研究发现MAGE家族还包含一类特殊的基因在正常组织也有表达，且在细胞信号转导，细胞凋亡调控以及哺乳动物胚胎发育过程中起明显的传递和协同作用。但是人们对MAGE家族基因及其蛋白质的功能仍然知之甚少。本文对近年来MAGE家族蛋白质生理功能的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Tumor antigens codeb by MAGE family genes have been applied to tumor immunotherapy.Recent research has revealed that a few of genes in this family express in normal tissues and are associated with intracellular signaling transduction pathways,apoptosis regulation and mammal embryo development.Proteins in MAGE family may have other important functions unknown. |
