| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌中癌基因蛋白Ｐ１８５的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组化Ｓ－Ｐ法观察５２例乳腺浸润性导管瘤Ｐ１８５的表达。结果 Ｐ１８５阳性率为５７．７％。Ｐ１８５过表达与乳癌分级、肿瘤大小及淋巴结转移无关（Ｐ〉０．０５）。Ｐ１８５表达与雌激素受体（ＥＲ）表达呈显著负相关（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论 Ｐ１８５与ＥＲ共同表达常见，其联合检测是必要的，有利于抗癌药物的选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of P185 in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma and its value.Methods 52 cases of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma were examined for P185 by the method of S P immunohistochemistry.Results 30 cases of breast infiltrating ductal carcinom (57.7%) were positive in P185 expression.P185 over expression was not related to histological grade,tumour size and lymph node metastasis ( P >0.05),but in significantly negative relation to ER expression ( P <0.01).Conclusion The examination of P185 and ER in couples is recommended and it is related to the selection of effective anticarcinogens. |
