凋亡抑制因子Survivin在喉癌中的表达及其意义

检测凋亡抑制因子Survivin在喉癌组织中的表达及其与喉癌的临床、病理特性之间的关系。方法：取石蜡包埋喉鳞状细胞癌标本33例，声带息肉21例，应用免疫组化SABC法检测Survivin在喉癌和声带息肉组织中的表达。结果：Survivin在喉癌组织中的表达率为63.6%,在声带息肉组织中的表达率为28.6%,二者有统计学差异（P<0.05）。而Survivin的表达与喉癌的临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移和患者年龄、性别等无关。结论：凋亡抑制因子Survivin在喉癌组织中高表达，在声带息肉中低表达，与喉癌的发生、发展密切相关。

Expression and significance of apoptosis inhibitor survivin in laryngeal carcinoma

To detect the expression of survivin, a novel inhibitor of apoptosis, in laryngeal carcinoma and to investigate its relation to pathological features of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods：Using streptavidin biotinimmuno histochemistry(SABC), we studied the expression of survivin in 33 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 21 vocal cord polyp specimens which were paraffin embeded. All specimens were approved by pathological examination after operation. Results: Survivin expression was higher in laryngeal carcinoma (63.6%) than in vocal cord polyps(28.6%)(P＜0.05), but there was no significant correlation between survivin expression and age, gender, clinical stage, histological type and lymph node metastasis in laryngeal cancer patients. Conclusions: Apoptotic inhibitor survivin is highly expressed in laryngeal carcinoma but lowly in vocal cord polyps. It is thought that survivin may be a new predictor for the oncogenesis and progression of laryngeal carcinoma.
