The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing for Children With Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on the recovery of hand,foot and mouth disease in children.Methods Children with hand,foot and mouth disease were the main subjects in this study.The total number of cases(selected number)was 200.Patient collection time is from October 2018 to October 2019.The 200 subjects were randomly divided into two groups by computer.100 cases were used as observation group(implemented comprehensive nursing)and 100 cases were used as control group(implemented routine nursing).The oral erosion healing time,hospitalization time,rash regression time,family anxiety score and depression score were compared between the two groups.Results The oral erosion healing time,hospitalization time,and rash resolution time of children with hand,foot and mouth disease in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety(46.25±1.64)score and depression(52.03±1.21)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has good nursing effect in the recovery of children's hand,foot and mouth disease.
