Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing in Perioperative Period of Cerebral Aneurysm Interventional Embolization

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of fast track surgery nursing mode in the perioperative period of cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization.Methods 104 patients were randomly divided into equal proportion groups,and the control group was given routine nursing care,including preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing,the experimental group was given fast track surgery nursing mode.Barthel scale were used to evaluate the pain and self-care ability of the two groups after nursing.The length of hospital stay was counted,and the satisfaction degree of the two groups was collected.Results(1)Barthel score and length of stay in the observation group were(79.61±6.42)point and(7.68±0.36)d respectively,which were better than those of the control group(73.33±6.31)point and(9.12±0.46)d in the control group(P>0.05).(2)The satisfaction of the observation group was 84.62%,which was better than 71.15%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of fast track surgery nursing mode in the perioperative period of cerebral aneurysm embolization is better than that of conventional mode.
