降钙素原、白细胞、C反应蛋白在诊断早期败血症中的应用

目的研究降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、白细胞(white blood count,WBC)及C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)在诊断早期败血症中的应用分析。方法回顾性分析医院2019年7月-2020年3月期间收入的30例早期败血症成年临床资料作为研究组,并选择同期医院收入的非败血症其他感染性疾病成年患者30例临床资料作为对照组,观察两组患者PCT、WBC、CRP水平,研究组患者治疗前后水平,早期患者与恢复期患者水平。结果研究组PCT、WBC、CRP均高于对照组,治疗后患者PCT、WBC、CRP均低于治疗前,恢复期患者PCT、WBC、CRP均低于早期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于早期败血症患者,可实施PCT、WBC、CRP联合检测,能够及时判断病情,动态检测降钙素原水平,能够及时评估患者治疗情况,有效控制疾病发展。

Diagnostic Value of PCT,WBC and CRP in Early Septicemia

Objective To analyze the value of procalcitonin(PCT),white blood count(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)on diagnosis of early septicemia.Methods 30 early septicemia adults treated from July 2019 to March 2020 were included in the study group;over the same time period,30 infectious disease patients without septicemia were included in the control group.Before and after treatment,PCT,WBC and CRP levels between groups at early onset and convalescence stage were compared.Results PCT,WBC and CRP levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group.PCT,WBC and CRP levels after treatment were lower than before.PCT,WBC and CRP levels at convalescence stage were lower than those at early stage,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For early septicemia patients,PCT,WBC and CRP combination examinations are good to properly judge the illness state,monitor the procalcitonin levels,assess the treatment outcomes and control the disease progression.
