Analysis of the Effect of Quality Nursing on Quality of Life in Elderly Patients With Bronchial Asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(39 cases in total)and experimental group(39 cases in total).The control group was given routine care first,and the experimental group was given quality care in routine care.The results of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 82.05%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.44%,χ²=4.1235,P<0.05.The scores of role function,selfcare ability,emotional state and social adaptability of the experimental group were(82.33±4.36)point,(82.33±5.36)point,(82.18±3.58)point,(77.43±3.87)point,respectively.The role of the control group,selfcare ability,emotional state,social adaptation The ability scores were(76.28±3.69)point,(69.36±1.88)point,(72.37±4.22)point,(67.21±2.97)point,t=6.1854,6.5455,5.4845,6.2170,P<0.05.Conclusion High quality nursing has a significant impact on the quality of life of elderly patients with bronchial asthma.After high quality nursing,the satisfaction of patients is greatly improved,the quality of life is greatly improved,can obtain more ideal effect,promote their disease rehabilitation.
