| Abstract: | Objective To study the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in acute abdomen of digestive system in children.Methods The ultrasound examination and clinical data of 136 children with acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were reviewed retrospectively,and the coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was analyzed.Results Color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis coincidence rate was 92.86%,coincidence rate of acute appendicitis was 90.91%,coincidence rate of intussusception was 97.44%,intestinal rotation in bad with volvulus coincidence rate was 100%,intestinal obstruction coincidence rate was 100%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has a high coincidence rate in the diagnosis of pediatric acute abdomen,and is the first choice for the examination of pediatric acute abdomen. |
