消毒供应中心手术器械消毒灭菌精细化管理模式的应用分析

目的研究分析消毒供应中心手术器械消毒灭菌管理中精细化管理模式的应用效果。方法选取该院2020年2—6月未清洗的100件手术室手术器械为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组两组,每组各50件手术器械。对照组手术器械使用普通清洗及常规管理模式进行管理,观察组手术器械使用美国STERIS VISION(vision mc)多腔清洗/消毒机清洗及精细化管理模式进行管理。管理后,观察两组手术器械清洁满意度以及两组手术器械清洁合格率。结果消毒后,对观察组手术器械清洁度满意度为94%;显著高于对对照组手术器械清洁度满意度为76%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术器械清洁合格率为96%,显著高于对照组手术器械清洁合格率为82%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理模式应用于消毒供应中心手术器械消毒灭菌管理中,可以显著提高手术器械清洁度的合格率,具有较高的清洁效率,并且有很好的消毒作用,在护理应用中获得一致好评,提高医疗人员对手术器械清洁的满意度,精细化管理模式在消毒供应中心中的应用具有重要价值,值得推广普及。

Application Analysis of the Refined Management Mode of Disinfection and Sterilization Management of Surgical Instruments in the Disinfection Supply Center

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of the refined management model in the disinfection and sterilization management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 100 surgical instruments in the operating room that were not cleaned from February to June 2020 in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,a control group and an observation group,with 50 surgical instruments in each group.The surgical instruments in the control group were managed by ordinary cleaning and routine management,and the surgical instruments in the observation group were managed by the US STERIS VISION(vision mc)multi-chamber washer/disinfector cleaning and refined management model.After management,observe the satisfaction of the two groups of surgical instrument cleaning and the two groups of surgical instrument cleaning pass rates.Results After disinfection,the satisfaction with the cleanliness of surgical instruments in the observation group was 94%;it was significantly higher than the satisfaction with the cleanliness of surgical instruments in the control group,which was 76%.The difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was qualified with cleanliness of surgical instruments of 96%,which was significantly higher than the 82% pass rate of surgical instruments in the control group.The difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined management mode is applied to the disinfection and sterilization management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center,which can significantly improve the pass rate of the cleanliness of surgical instruments,has a high cleaning efficiency,and has a good disinfection effect,which is consistent in nursing applications praise,improve medical staff's satisfaction with the cleaning of surgical instruments,the application of refined management mode in the disinfection supply center is of great value,and it is worth popularizing.
