孕中期羊水细胞培养及染色体核型分析的应用研究

目的探讨孕中期孕妇羊水细胞的培养及染色体核型在产前诊断中的应用价值。方法纳入本院2018年6月至2019年12月因存在高危因素就诊的孕中期孕妇178例。于B超引导下行羊膜腔穿刺术,每例抽取羊水20 mL,经羊水细胞培养及染色体核型分析,进行产前诊断。结果178例羊水细胞培养成功178例,成功率为100%;检出异常染色体核型16例,检出率为9.0%,其中数目异常11例占68.8%,结构异常5例占31.2%。结论羊水细胞培养及染色体核型分析安全可靠,可有效避免出生缺陷的发生。

Study on the application of amniotic cell culture and karyotype analysis in the middle pregnancy

Objective To explore the value of amniotic fluid cell culture and chromosome karyotype in prenatal diagnosis.Methods One hundred and seventy eight pregnant women were included in the hospital from June 2018 to December 2019.Amnio-centesis guided by B ultrasound,20 mL,of amniotic fluid per sample Amniotic fluid culture and karyotype analysis,prenatal diagnosis.Results One hundred and seventy eight cases of amniotic fluid cells were cultured successfully,100%success rate.There were 16 abnormal karyotypes,Inspection The output rate was 9.0%,of which 11 cases were abnormal and 5 cases were abnormal.Conclusion Amniotic fluid cell culture and chromosome karyotype analysis are safe and reliable,which can effectively avoid birth defects.
