新医改下医院青年工作者思想现状的调查

目的了解在新医改形式下当前医院青年职工的思想状况。方法调查对象为某二甲医院临床医生、护士、医技和行政后勤部门青年职工,以网络问卷调查方式,共收到问卷180份。结果青年对新医改政策都有一定了解,但了解广度和深度都不够,普遍对新医改给大家带来安全、收入及责任险的诉求最高,医疗环境有改善,对于新医改的满意度及当前工作状态满意度均不高,大部分青年对未来有明确目标,对提高待遇有更多期望。结论医院应该强化新医改内容的传达,让青年人能够全面了解新医改的内容,让青年人有目标、有希望。充分贯彻新医改内容,需要对青年的思想做正确引导,关注青年最关心的问题,尽量解决青年的顾虑。医院新生代,让自己的成长融入到医院的发展当中,为医院的发展贡献自己的青春力量。

Investigation on the Ideological Status of Young Hospital Workers under the New Medical Reform

Objective To understand the current ideological status of young hospital staff under the new form of medical reform.Methods The subjects of the survey are clinicians,nurses,medical technology and young employees of the administrative logistics department of a second-class hospital.A total of 180 questionnaires were received by means of online questionnaire survey.Results Young people have a certain understanding of the new health care reform policy,but the breadth and depth of their understanding are not enough.They generally have the highest demand for safety,income and liability insurance brought by the new health care reform.The medical environment has improved,and their satisfaction with the new health care reform and current satisfaction with work status is not high.Most young people have clear goals for the future and have more expectations for improving treatment.Conclusion Hospitals should strengthen the communication of the content of the new medical reform,so that young people can fully understand the content of the new medical reform,so that young people have goals and hope.To fully implement the content of the new medical reform,it is necessary to correctly guide the thinking of young people,pay attention to the issues that young people are most concerned about,and try to solve young people's worries.As the new generation of hospitals,let their growth be integrated into the development of the hospital,and contribute their youth to the development of the hospital.
