Effects of Non-thyroid Disease Syndrome on Thyroid Function and Prognosis in Children

Objective To study the effect of disease on thyroid function and prognosis in children with non-thyroid disease syndrome.Methods In all children in our hospital,50 cases of children with non-thyroid disease syndrome who received treatment from March 2019 to July 2020 were randomly selected as the observation group,and 50 cases of children without non-thyroid disease syndrome were selected as the control group.Compare and observe the normal thyroid function rate and inflammatory reaction of children with patients.Results Compared with the control group,the normal rate of thyroid function in the observation group was lower,only 44.00%,while the normal rate of thyroid function in the control group was as high as 96.00%,and the inflammatory indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-thyroid disease syndrome will have a great impact on the thyroid function of children,and the effect will last for a long time,which belongs to the injury mechanism and has a poor prognosis.
