输尿管硬镜联合钬激光碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效

目的对输尿管硬镜联合钬激光碎石对输尿管上段结石的治疗效果进行探索研究。方法选取本院于2018年2月-2019年3月期间收治的80例输尿管上段结石患者作为试验对象,通过区组随机化法将患者划分成对照组和研究组,各组例数均为40例,前者为患者使用体外冲击波碎石术进行治疗,后者为患者使用输尿管硬镜联合钬激光碎石进行治疗,对两组临床效果进行比较和探讨。结果研究组手术情况优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组结石治疗情况和并发症情况均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为输尿管上段结石患者应用输尿管硬镜联合钬激光碎石进行治疗,可以缩短患者手术时间和结石治疗周期,提升结石一次性治疗成功率,减少多次碎石操作的几率,且手术并发症发生率低。

Curative Effect of Ureteral Endoscopy Combined With Holmium Laser Lithotripsy for Upper Ureteral Calculi

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ureteroscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy on upper ureteral calculi.Methods 80 patients with upper ureteral calculi who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the experimental objects.The patients were divided into control group and study group by randomized method of area group.The number of cases in each group was 40.The former was treated by ESWL,the latter was treated by ureteroscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy The clinical effects were compared and discussed.Results The operation condition of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);the stone treatment and complications of the study group were better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscopy combined with holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi can shorten the operation time and stone treatment cycle,improve the success rate of one-time treatment of calculi,reduce the probability of multiple lithotripsy operations,and the incidence of surgical complications is low.
