综合康复护理干预在脑出血偏瘫患者中的应用

目的探究与分析综合康复护理干预模式在脑出血偏瘫患者护理中的效果。方法选取医院自2018年5月-2019年5月收治的脑出血偏瘫患者90例,采取随机数字表法分为常规康复护理干预组与综合康复护理干预组,每组各45例,对比两组患者上下肢运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分及神经功能缺损评分。结果两组护理后与护理前相比Fugl-Meyer评分高、Barthel指数高、NIHSS量表评分低,综合康复护理干预组护理后与常规康复护理干预组护理后相比Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数及NIHSS量表评分改善更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理康复干预相比于常规护理康复干预应用在脑出血偏瘫患者中可有效的促进改善上下肢运动功能,降低神经功能缺损评分的同时,促进改善日常生活能力。

Application of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention model in the nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia.Methods Ninety patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention group and a comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention group,with 45 cases in each group.The upper and lower extremity motor function scores,daily living ability scores,and neurological deficit scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The two groups had higher Fugl-Meyer scores,higher Barthel index,and lower NIHSS scale scores than those before nursing.The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention group had higher Fugl-Meyer scores,Barthel index,and NIHSS compared with conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention groups.The score improvement was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing rehabilitation interventions,the comprehensive nursing rehabilitation interventions can effectively promote the improvement of motor function of upper and lower extremities,reduce the neurological deficit score,and improve the ability of daily living.
