关于医务管理人员岗位胜任力培训的研究

在新时代背景下,人民群众对健康的需求不断增长,这对医院的医疗服务水平和整体运行管理提出了更高的要求。医务管理人员作为卫生健康政策的具体执行者和医院日常管理工作的参与者,其岗位胜任力直接影响着医院医疗管理水平。因此,加强医院人力资源管理、强化人才培训,尤其是开展医务管理人员岗位胜任力培训十分有必要。加强对医务管理人员开展岗位胜任力培训,不仅能够促进医院整体发展、提高人民群众健康水平,也能推动建立现代医院管理制度,这对于推进健康中国建设具有重要意义。文章通过深入认识医务管理人员岗位胜任力培训的重要性,对全国21家大型公立医院的医务管理人员进行问卷调查,系统梳理存在的问题,并提出完善培训的思考,旨在提升医务管理人员岗位胜任力,助力医疗卫生与健康事业发展。

Research on the Training of Post Competency of Medical Management Personnel

In the new era,people's demand for health is increasing.This puts forward higher requirements for the level of medical services and the overall operation and management of hospitals.As the specific executor of health policy and the participant of hospital daily management,the post competency of medical managers directly affects the level of hospital medical management.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen hospital human resource management and personnel training,especially to carry out post competency training of medical management personnel.Strengthening the post competency training of medical management personnel can not only promote the overall development of the hospital,improve the health level of the people,but also promote the establishment of modern hospital management system,which is of great significance for promoting the construction of healthy China.In this paper,through in-depth understanding of the importance of post competency training for medical managers,we conducted a questionnaire survey on medical managers in 21 large public hospitals across the country,systematically sorted out the existing problems,and put forward the thinking of improving the training,aiming to enhance the post competency of medical managers and help the development of medical health and health undertakings.
