Analysis of the Effect of Infusion Nursing and Nursing Satisfaction on Children Under Different Nursing Modes

Objective To observe the effect of different nursing modes on nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of pediatric infusion.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,134 children with transfusion were selected and randomly divided into observation group(clinical nursing path)and control group(routine nursing)with 67 cases in each group.The nursing effect,nursing satisfaction,compliance,success rate of first puncture and adverse nursing events were compared.Results The drug residue(9.57±3.86)mL and puncture time(6.14±0.74)min in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(13.47±5.37)mL and(8.18±0.90)min,t=14.331,4.827,P<0.05.The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 0.00%lower than that in the control group(8.96%),χ²=6.281,P<0.05.The first puncture success rate,compliance rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were 94.03%,89.55%and 98.51%,which were higher than those of the control group(71.64%,73.13%and 74.63%,χ²=11.810,5.950,16.429,P<0.05).SAS score(35.52±4.40)and SDS score(36.54±5.28)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(39.37±3.46),(41.12±5.45)(t=6.721,5.724,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway nursing can effectively improve the effect of pediatric infusion nursing and improve nursing satisfaction.
