动态心电图结合血清硫氧还蛋白结合蛋白、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白水平对冠心病的检测价值

摘    要:目的探讨动态心电图结合血清硫氧还蛋白结合蛋白(TXNIP)、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(sST2)水平对冠心病(CHD)的检测价值。方法选择2017年6月至2018年12月间南充市中心医院收治的164例CHD患者作为观察组,选取同期来院检查的161例志愿者作为对照组。比较两组患者的动态心电图及血清TXNIP、s ST2水平,采用ROC曲线分析动态心电图、血清TXNIP、sST2水平及三者结合对CHD的诊断价值。结果观察组患者中心肌缺血检出率显著高于对照组(χ2=108.622,P<0.01);观察组患者的TXNIP水平、s ST2水平显著高于对照组(t=57.120、88.193,P<0.01);动态心电图、血清TXNIP、sST2水平三者结合诊断CHD的敏感度和特异度最佳,分别为92.05%和93.90%。结论动态心电图结合血清TXNIP、sST2水平检查对CHD的检测价值较高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the detective value of dynamic electrocardiogram combined with serum thioredoxin interacting protein(TXNIP)and soluble suppression of tumorigenicity-2(sST2)levels in coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 164 patients with CHD admitted to Nanchong Central Hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group,while 161 healthy volunteers who came to hospital for examinations were selected as the control group.The dynamic electrocardiogram,serum TXNIP and sST2 levels of the two groups were compared.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram,serum TXNIP and sST2 levels and their combination for CHD.Results The detection rate of myocardial ischemia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=108.622,P<0.01).The levels of TXNIP and sST2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=57.120,88.193;P<0.01).The combination of dynamic electrocardiogram,serum TXNIP and sST2 level had the best sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing coronary heart disease,which was 92.05%and 93.90%resp ectively.Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram combined with serum TXNIP and sST2 levels has high detective value for CHD.
