体验式教学在脑瘫患儿家长康复指导中的应用

摘    要:目的观察采用体验式教学法对脑瘫患儿家长进行家庭康复指导的应用效果。方法选取2018年1-12月中某连续6个月进行康复干预的1~3岁脑瘫患儿及家长各30例为对照组,2019年1-12月中某连续6个月进行康复干预的1~3岁脑瘫患儿及家长各30例为观察组。对照组采用常规康复指导,观察组由康复团队对家长采用体验式教学法进行康复指导,两组患儿均在干预前及干预后6个月采用粗大运动功能测试量表(gross motor function measure,GMFM)和精细运动功能评估表(fine motor function measure scale,FMFM)测评,比较两组患儿的粗大和精细运动功能。结果干预6个月后,对照组和观察组粗大运动功能和精细运动功能得分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组粗大运动功能和精细运动功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规康复指导相比,采用体验式教学法对家长进行家庭康复指导能有效提高脑瘫患儿的粗大和精细运动功能。

The Application of Experiential Teaching in the Rehabilitation Guidance of the Parents of Children With Cerebral Palsy

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of family rehabilitation instruction for parents of children with cerebral palsy by experiential teaching method.Methods From January to December 2018,30 children aged 1 to 3 years old with cerebral palsy who received rehabilitation intervention for 6 consecutive months and 30 parents were selected as the control group.From January to December 2019,30 children aged 1~3 years old with cerebral palsy and their parents who received rehabilitation intervention for 6 consecutive months were in the observation group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation instruction.In the observation group,the rehabilitation team guided the parents to adopt the experiential teaching method,GMFM and FMFM were used in both groups before and 6 months after the intervention.Compared gross and fine motor function between the two groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,the scores of gross motor function and fine motor function in the control group and the observation group were higher than those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of gross motor function and fine motor function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional rehabilitation guidance,the experience teaching method can effectively improve the gross and fine motor function of children with cerebral palsy.
