| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of systematic and individualized intervention on neuropsychological development of newborns.Methods From November 2018 to December 2019,according to the simple randomization method,82 newborns who received health management in our hospital were selected as the research objects.41 cases in the control group were given routine health care guidance,and 41 cases in the observation group were given systematic and personalized intervention guidance on the basis of the control group.Continuous intervention to 1 year old,observed the two groups of neonatal neurobehavioral and psychological development.Results The scores of mental development index(MDI),motor development index(PDI)and Gesell development diagnosis scales(Gesell)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic and individualized intervention guidance can promote neonatal neurobehavioral and psychological development. |
